Low Doc Home Loans has been given the rights to use the name aems.net.au.
We have been writing home loans for over nearly ten years. Our loans are aggregated through one of the largest aggregation services in Australia. This aggregator has over 500 brokers throughout Australia, writing over $200 million in home loans per month.
We are also members of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA)
So why was this site set up?
What we found over time, was that the finance for normal sized Low Doc Loans was the easy part. The difficult part, especially with the global financial crisis was finding funding for very large Low Doc Loans. These large low doc loans over $2.5m are commonly called Jumbo Low Doc loans. With this in mind, aems.net.au was created.
